Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation technique including body scans, awareness of opposite sensations, breath awareness, visualizations, and guided journeys. Each class contains teachings of the traditional practice of Yoga Nidra, 15 minutes of Yin Yoga, journaling and a unique guided Yoga Nidra experience.
