- Wednesday at 5:00 pm (PDT) … 45 Minute Fitness Flow Yoga/Workout
- Thursday at 7:00 pm (PDT) … 30 Minute Yoga Focus, different each week!
- Friday at 9:00 am (PDT) … 60 Minute Flow
- Sunday at 7:00 pm (PDT) … 60 Minute Calm Yoga & Live Music

How to join a class:
Once you’re a Subscribers Pass holder you will receive details on how to join live classes on Zoom. All classes are available on recording whether you can make it to class live or not, class recordings are found under the “Members Only” menu at the top of the website.
As a monthly subscriber you will also gain access to private lessons from Matthew, these are at no extra cost to your monthly subscription fee. Come see why online yoga is so accessible and fun!
