Course Description
Discover You Again by stepping onto the yoga mat and taking time to discover that you have a soul and body that needs tending to.
Yoga is an amazing way of connecting with yourself because it offers you a window into feeling. It allows you to be present with the basic sensations of being in your body, breathing.
Over the 15 days of this journey you will be exposed to a number of different styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Nidra, Meditation, as well as an anatomical perspective of the practice of yoga.
By the end of the 15 days you will hopefully be able to establish a more regular yoga routine, and find all the lovely benefits that come along with it.

- Friday, September 16 at 9am: Tips for the Retreat, Access to recordings, and a 60 Minute Hatha Yoga class.
- Saturday, September 17 at 7am: 30 Minute Wake-up and Stretch
- Sunday, September 18: at 6pm: 60 Minute Yin Yoga with Live Music
- Monday, September 19 at 7am: 30 Minute Hatha Yoga
- Tuesday, September 20 at 5pm: 60 Minute Hatha Yoga
- Wednesday, September 21 at 5pm: 30 Minute Fitness Flow Hybrid Class
- Thursday, September 22 at 7pm: 30 Minute Yin Yoga
- Friday, September 23 at 9am: 60 Minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga
- Saturday, September 24 at 7am: Wake-up and Stretch
- Sunday, September 25 at 6pm: 60 Minute Yin Yoga with Live Music
- Monday, September 26 at 7pm: 60 Minute Yoga Nidra (a style of restful guided meditation)
- Tuesday, September 27 at 5pm: 60 Minute, Basics in Yoga Biomechanics
- Wednesday, September 28 at 5pm: 30 Minute Meditation
- Thursday, September 29 at 7pm: 30 Minute Yoga Nidra for Sleep
- Friday, September 30 at 9am: 60 Minute Yoga Retreat Wrap-Up class.
